Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup White wine
1/4 cup Olive oil
1 x Clove garlic, minced
1 x Shallot, minced
1 x Bay leaf
2 tbl Chopped fresh parsley
2 tbl Chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried
1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Makes 1 1/2 cups This is a great
marinade for a butterflied leg of lamb.
