1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbl grated fresh ginger
1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine oil, vinegar, ginger & sugar in jar, shake well. Reserve 1/4 cup of the vinegar mixture; brush steaks all over using about half of remaining mixture. Cover; stand 10 minutes. Preheat oven to moderate. Cook beef on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned on both sides. Place beef on oven tray; cook, uncovered in moderate oven about 15 minutes or until cooked as desired, brushing occasionally with remaining vinegar mixture. Remove beef from oven, cover, stand 10 minutes. Just before serving, pour reserved vinegar mixture over beef.
