Instructions: In a food processor or blender process all ingredients until emulsified.
Taste for salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Roasting garlic: Preheat oven to 400F. Cut top third from bulb of garlic. Wrap in foil and roast about 40 minutes or until garlic is soft. Roasted garlic gives both a sweet nutty flavour and a creamy texture here.
