1 cup nonfat Yogurt Skim Milk
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
Unsweetened
1 x Banana ripe
2 tbl Honey
1 tbl Wheat Germ
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender container, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend on high
speed until smooth. Serve immediately over ice or in frosted mugs.
