Instructions: Combine crushed gingersnaps with butter and ginger to form a crumb mixture. Place half of the crumb mixture along the bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Place sliced bananas over crumbs. Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice and sugar and remaining half of crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
