Instructions: Mash bananas well.
Dissolve bicarb of soda in milk. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Add bananas, milk and soda and mix. Lastly, fold in flour. Bake in a greased tin in moderate oven for 45-50 minutes, 350F/190C. Top with Cream Cheese Icing. Easy cake for any occasion. Email this Recipe:
