Instructions: Mix cream cheese with sugar; add cream & grated rind of orange. Add vanilla, nutmeg and eggs. Cook in a double-boiler for 45 minutes. Put in mould to set. Unmould when cool. Put a topping of banana jam & decorate with whipped cream and ripe banana.
