Instructions: Boil green bananas. Mash while hot with oleo to moisten. Beat egg. Combine with coconut milk, salt, baking powder and flour. Mix all ingredients together. Blend well. Drop by spoonful into hot fat and fry until golden brown. Serve with ackee and codfish, scrambled egg or any other fish or meat dish.
