Instructions: Melt margarine & chocolate chips in a 3 qt saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Beat in remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon until thoroughly blended. Spread evenly in a 13 x 9 pan ( grease bottom only).
Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely. NOTES : 2 eggs can be used instead of EggBeaters. 2/3 cup of chopped nuts can be added. Email this Recipe:
