Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 9" round cake pans with cooking spray and flour; set aside. To prepare batter, combine cake mix, egg whites, bananas,
water, and oil. Pour into prepared pans. Bake and cool according to package directions. To prepare frosting, combine pudding mix (which is normally fat-free), whipped topping mix, and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix until light and fluffy. Fill and frost cooled cake. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. NOTES : I made this cake using a 9 x 13" pan. It worked fine. The frosting is very good! Email this Recipe:
