6 x	eggs
1 pt	milk
10 oz	sugar ( 1 1/4 cups)
1 cup	banana puree
1 cup	grated coconut

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Pour into mold. Place mold in a pan of water and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool and unmold. Put to chil & decorate with whipped cream.
