Instructions: Mash bananas. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in lard. Make dough with mashed bananas and flour mixture. Roll out on floured pastry board. Cut into 2 1/2" rounds. Prick tops of rounds with fork and place on greased, floured tin sheet. Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes.
