1 cup Low-fat buttermilk
6 oz Fruit-flavored yogurt, non-fat or low-fat
Instructions:
Instructions: How To Prepare: Combine all ingredients in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.

Serves: 2 (1 cup per serving)
