Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan; set aside. Place brown and granulated sugars in large bowl; mix together. Add butter and mix until well combined. Incorporate bananas, cream and vanilla with spatula. Incorporate eggs, one at a time, beating well between additions. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into second bowl. Mix into egg mixture using beater or blender. Fold in walnuts and raisins. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 65 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in centre of cake emerges clean. Cool before serving. Email this Recipe:
