Bake on the quick bread cycle - dark. and VOILA an excellent dessert bread in an hour and a bit - and its really good warm with butter! NOTES : Here is a recipe that is really quick and easy and DELICIOUS! I didnt even get more than a little chunk it went so fast.It does not contain yeast and used all purpose flour and only takes a little over an hour to make (quick bread cycle) - so it is a good recipe to have around when you run out of bread flour or yeast but are still craving a loaf.
