Instructions: Place all ingredients in bread pan, select a light crust setting, and press "start".
After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. CRUST: LIGHT MENU SELECTION: BAKE (LIGHT) NOTES : We wanted to come up with a bread that tasted much like a banana quick bread.....something with a lot of banana flavor. This is what we came up with. Youll be proud of this bread because its beautifully shaped and luscious tasting. Each slice is moist and bursting with banana flavor. Be sure and use VERY ripe bananas. This is a very moist dough, more so than most. But if the bread doesnt bake up high enough, next time add the extra water listed as optional in the recipe. Email this Recipe:
