1/4 cup	Water
1/3 cup	Steel cut oats (used Quaker Old Fashioned) soaked in 1/3 cup boiling water. cool to room temp.
1/2 tsp	Salt
1 x	Egg, extra large.
2 tbl	Veg. oil
3 tbl	Brown Sugar-used Domino pourable
1 cup	Bananas-mashed VERY ripe about 3 medium
4 tbl	Dry buttermilk
1/2 cup	Bread flour
1 cup	Quick Cook Oats

Instructions:

Instructions: Program for normal or dark. I usually use dark, dont ask me why. This was good bread.
