Instructions: In blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, puree the bananas with sweetener, sugar and orange juice. Add the yogurt and orange peel; pulse briefly until blended.
Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturers instructions. Makes 4 cups. Yield: 1 quart NOTES : Smooth, Sweet and Fresh. TIP: Taste the vanilla yogurt and add 1/8-tsp of vanilla extract if the yogurt needs a boost of flavor. Just made and tasted this frozen yogurt. Very intense flavor and sweet! Email this Recipe:
