Instructions: Whenever you have ripe (not black) bananas that you cant use up fast enough, peel them, wrap them in plastic wrap or put them in plastic freezer bags, and freeze. You can use them in fruit smoothies or this instant dessert!

Process the bananas and pineapple in a blender until pureed. Pour into glasses and serve.

Variations: Needless to say, this has endless possibilities. Add some frozen strawberries or any other frozen fruit that appeals to you. Add a little liqueur- any flavor-or rum. Mix in some cooked grains before blending.
