Instructions: Chop pecans, add brown sugar and mix-in sour cream, set aside.

Combine egg, bananas. sugar, oil, mix well.

Stir-in pancake mix til just moistened.

Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.

Drop 1 tsp pecan mixture in center of each muffin.

Bake 400 degrees 15-20 minutes or til done
