Instructions: Combine raspberries, 1/2 cup half-and-half, whipping cream and confectioners sugar in blender and process until smooth. Pour raspberry mixture through strainer to catch seeds. Discard seeds. Pour deseeded raspberry mixture into squirt bottle.
Combine half of the bananas and 2 cups of the half-and-half in blender and process until smooth. Then repeat with remaining bananas and half-and-half. Pour banana mixtures evenly into 6 bowls. Then using the squirt bottle, drizzle the raspberry mixture over the top of each banana bisque to make a design. Cut pound cake into crouton size cubes and distribute a few cake croutons over each bisque. This recipe yields 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
