1/2 cup	Sugar
1 cup	Water
3 x	BANANAS
2 x	Eggs
2 tbl	Lemon juice
1 pch	Salt
	Boil one-half cup of sugar and one cup of
	Water together until the mixture threads.
	Remove from heat, add three peeled
	Bananas, two tablespoons of lemon juice,
	And the two well beaten eggs.
	Add the pinch of salt and mash and beat
	Until smooth.
	This is a delicious hot sauce for
	Puddings
