Instructions: Combine sugar and water in a pan, stir over heat until sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil, cool then refrigerate until cold.
Blend or process bananas until smooth, add orange juice, liqueur and sugar syrup. Pour mixture into a tray or lamington tin and freeze for 3-4 hours. Whisk mixture regularly while freezing to ensure a smooth texture. The more often you do, the better the finished result will be. Serve with kiwifruit coulis. Serves 4. Serve with fresh fruit salad.
