Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine and eggs in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed 30 seconds. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in nuts.
Spread in greased and floured jelly-roll pan, 15 1/2x10x1-inch. Bake until light brown 20 to 25 minutes; cool. Frost with Vanilla Glaze. Cut into bars, 2x1-inch. About 6 dozen. VANILLA GLAZE: Mix powdered sugar, margarine or butter, vanilla and hot water. Stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons additional hot water until smooth and of desired consistency. Email this Recipe:
