Instructions: In large mixer bowl, beat butter; add sugar; beat in eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla. Sift flour and mix dry ingredients. Alternately add dry ingredients sour cream and bananas. Add pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Bake in a 9x13x2-inch pan. FROSTING: Heat butter with brown sugar until melted and bubbling. Add milk and cool. Beat in powdered sugar. Add vanilla and pecans. When frosting has set 3-5 minutes, pour and spread over cooled Banana Sour Cream Cake. Email this Recipe:
