1 cup sour cream
1 cup bananas, mashed
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 x eggs
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
----------------- FROSTING ----------------
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
6 tbl evaporated milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: In large mixer bowl, beat butter; add sugar; beat in eggs, one at a time.

Add vanilla. Sift flour and mix dry ingredients. Alternately add dry ingredients sour cream and bananas. Add pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Bake in a 9x13x2-inch pan.

FROSTING:
Heat butter with brown sugar until melted and bubbling. Add milk and cool.

Beat in powdered sugar. Add vanilla and pecans. When frosting has set 3-5 minutes, pour and spread over cooled Banana Sour Cream Cake.
