1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dsh Cloves, (opt)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup Crisco
1/2 cup Plus 2Tbsp. sugar
1 x Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup Mashed bananas
----------------- BANANA FROSTING ----------------
1/4 cup Mashed bananas
1/4 tsp Lemonjuice
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together, spoon into paper lined muffin pan and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

Cool completely and frost with banana frosting (following)
