Instructions: Cut pomegranate into quarters and twist each wedge to loosen seeds. Gentle shake, tap, scoop and coax seeds onto serving plate and arrange in neat mound in center.
Peel bananas and slice on diagonal into 1/4 inch rounds. Arrange in circle around pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle with lime juice, sugar and salt. Serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
