Instructions: BANANAS WILL NOT BE STORED IN REFRIGERATORS. IN PREPARATION 10 LBS OF BANANAS WILL BE BROKEN APART FROM THE BUNCHES AND PLACED IN A SUITABLE CONTAINER AND PLACED ON THE COLD LINE AHEAD OF THE DESSERTS FOR SELF SERVICE DURING LUNCH AND DINNER MEALS. BANANAS MEAL WILL BE ATTRACTIVELY ARRANGED ON THE SELF SERVICE COLD BAR FOR SELF SERVICE. REPLENISHMENT WILL BE PREPARED IN 2 LB INCREMENTS AS NEEDED. AMOUNT USED WILL BE POSTED TO THE KITCHEN REQUISITION AND RETURN WORKSHEET.
