Instructions: Melt butter in large saute pan, then add brown sugar and pecans and continue cooking over medium heat until sugar is melted.
Add bananas to butter-sugar mixture and cook about 2 minutes until just tender. Add rum and liqueur; then, when it bubbles, light with match AND STAND BACK!!! Shake pan to distribute flaming liquid, spooning it over bananas to coat fruit well. As soon as flames die, spoon over prepared bowls of ice cream and serve immediately. Email this Recipe:
