Instructions: Drain the water off tofu, wrap in foil or baggies and freeze. Defrost , squeeze all water out ( at this point tofu is like a sponge. Brown onion and green pepper if you wish, when soft, tear tofu into small pieces, add to skillet, stir a few minutes, then add barb q sauce. Serve on buns, you would never know this is tofu you re eating, plus you are getting the added benefit of soy.
