3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1 med onion, chopped
1 x clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce, if desired
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix preceding ingredients in saucepan and simmer, uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over 8 country cut pork ribs in deep baking dish. Cool and refrigerate overnight or at least several hours. Arrange chops in shallow dish. Pour sauce over and bake uncovered, at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally.

Serves 4.
