Instructions: Get a beef head, clean well, salt and pepper, wrap in foil. Ask your local butcher. Sometimes you have to go to a meat packing plant to get one or two. In South Texas they are available in the grocery store. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees 10-12 hours. The Beef should fall off the bones. Remove meat from the bones, keep warm. Place about 2-3 tbs. on a tortilla.
