Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, lemon juice, crumbs, egg, onion and salt; mix well. Shape into small loaves about 4 inches long. Place in a baking pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour over meat and bake 30 minutes longer.
