Instructions: Prepare grill with medium-hot coals. Set racks about 6 to 8 inches from the coals. In a large mixing bowl, mix all meatloaf ingredients, except bacon. Place mixture in loaf pan, or shape into a log. Place bacon over meatloaf. Combine glaze ingredients and mix well. Place meatloaf on grill and cover with grill hood or heavy-duty aluminum foil. Glaze loaf frequently. Grill 50 to 60 minutes, turning halfway through grill time.
