1 x clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbl chopped onion
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Mash garlic and salt together in a bowl. Combine with remaining ingredients.

Brush Cornish Hen with sauce every 10 minutes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
