Instructions: Preheat outdoor barbecue grill according to manufacturers directions, or preheat broiler and spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine corn, tomato, 1/3 cup of the onions, the minced cilantro, juice and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt; refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Spray small nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat. Add bell pepper, garlic, cumin, black pepper, remaining 2/3 cup onions and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt; cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, 3 minutes, until bell pepper is softened.
Transfer bell pepper mixture to medium bowl. Add turkey and chili sauce; mix well. Shape into 4 equal patties. Grill patties over hot coals or place onto prepared rack in broiler pan and broil 4" from heat, turning once, 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. During last few minutes of cooking, place rolls onto grill, split-side down, or onto broiler rack, split-side up; cook 2-3 minutes, until toasted; transfer to platter. Top bottom half of each roll with 1 burger; top each with one-fourth of the corn mixture and 1 remaining roll half. Serve garnished with cilantro sprigs.
