100 gm	unsalted butter melted
1 clv	garlic crushed with a little salt
1 tbl	liquid honey
1 tsp	chilli powder
1 tsp	ground cumin
1 tsp	ground coriander
1 tsp	ground black pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine the butter garlic honey and spices and cook over a gentle heat.

Brush corn with the flavoured butter and cook on the barbecue or under the grill turning regularly until golden.

Baste continually during the cooking process.
