Instructions: Peel back husks; remove corn silk. Bring husks up and tie with kitchen string. Soak corn in cold water for 30 minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth; set aside. Grill corn over medium heat for 25 minutes or until corn is tender, turning often. Remove husks. Serve with butter mixture. This recipe yields 12 servings. Comments: For variety, add one of the following to 1/2 cup soft butter: 3 tablespoons brown mustard and 1 tablespoon horseradish; or 3 tablespoons minced fresh herbs and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
