Instructions: Wash chicken; pat dry with paper toweling. Cut into serving pcs.
Flour, coating each pc. thoroughly. Fry chicken until golden brown. Blend together small amount of water with 2 tbsp. flour. Add remaining 3/4 cup water. Mix well with remaining ingredients. Drain excess fat from chicken. Pour sauce over chicken, cover; simmer 1 hr., or until tender. Takes less time for broilers. Email this Recipe:
