Ingredients:

1 x chicken or 2 (2 1/2 lb.) broilers (4 lb.)
1 cup flour
Fat for frying
3/4 cup water
2 tbl vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tbl brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl chopped onion
2 cup canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash chicken; pat dry with paper toweling. Cut into serving pcs.

Flour, coating each pc. thoroughly. Fry chicken until golden brown.

Blend together small amount of water with 2 tbsp. flour. Add remaining 3/4 cup water. Mix well with remaining ingredients.

Drain excess fat from chicken. Pour sauce over chicken, cover; simmer 1 hr., or until tender. Takes less time for broilers.
