1/4 lb ground beef
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cube beef bouillon (1/5 oz)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
16 x hamburger buns split, toasted and buttered
----------------- HAMBURGER SAUCE ----------------
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix meat with next 5 ingredients. Shape into 16 patties. Cook over hot coals for about 8-10 mins on 1 side and about 5-7 mins on second side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper after turning.

Insert patty in bun. Spread with Hamburger Sauce, below, or serve with condiments on the side such as ketchup, cheese, relish, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and mustard.

Cheesburger: About 1 min before hamburger patty is cooked, lay 1 cheese slice over top.

Hidden Cheeseburger: When shaping meat patties, make 2 thin patties instead of 1 thick. Put cheese between. Press edges to seal.

Hamburger Sauce: Stir all ingredients together. Spoon over hamburger patty or directly on bun. Keeps for ages in refrigerator.

Makes 1 3/4 cups.

NOTES : Peopl never tire of hamburgers.
