Instructions: Trim fat from steak.
Combine steak and next seven ingredients in a large heavy duty zip-top plastic bag. Marinate in refrigerator for eight hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag; reserve marinade. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill or broiler. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook for eight minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Baste frequently with reserved marinade. Place remaining marinade in a saucepan; cook over medium heat for one minute. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
