Instructions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Put butter, salt and Tabasco sauce in an 8- by 12-inch baking dish. Place in oven until butter melts. Add pecans and stir until coated. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and stir again. Bake another 10 minutes until crisp.

Makes 10 servings.
