Instructions: Preheat grill or broiler. Marinate pork in honey, salt, pepper, garlic, oil, cornstarch, scallions, and fish sauce or oyster sauce. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Thread marinated pork onto skewers, leaving 2 inches free at each end. Place pork skewers on the grill, turning and brushing occasionally with marinade, until they turn golden brown. Or broil them. Strip barbecued pork from skewers. Sprinkle crushed peanuts and minced herbs over all. Tuck meat into baguette for a sandwich or serve atop bowls of hot rice. Email this Recipe:
