Instructions: Bring water to a boil in a pot, add noodles and cook until tender about 5 to 6 minutes. Drain and divide into four bowls. In stock pot, add broth and soy sauce and bring to boil. Add leek and cook for 1 to 2 minutes; add shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add chili sauce and white pepper. Ladle soup into bowls and add barbecued pork. Garnish with sesame seeds.
