Instructions: Alway rinse shrimp in cold water. Heat butter in skillet. Add shrimp and stir until they turn pink. Add Cajun spice, fresh garlic, green onion, beer, stock and Worchestershire sauce. Shake pan while cooking to help form the sauce. Serve in a bowl with rice, or with lots of French bread.
