3 lb	chuck roast
1 tbl	oil
1 lrg	onion, chopped
2 tbl	lemon juice
3/4 cup	water
2 cup	ketchup
2 tbl	brown sugar
3 tbl	Lea and Perrins
1 tbl	yellow mustard
2 tbl	chili powder

Instructions:

Instructions: Brown roast in oil. Combine and mix the remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook in sauce 3 to 4 hours. Shred meat and return to pot and cook (simmer) for an additional hour.
