Instructions: Mix steak sauce, marmalade, lemon juice, onion and garlic. Wrap each steak with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Grill on hot heat, 450 to 475 degrees. Turn every 4 minutes and baste each time.
Cook for 20 minutes for medium well, or 16-18 minutes for medium rare. Do not baste the last 2 turnings. Summer cold salads are good with this. Email this Recipe:
