Instructions: Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice and salmon fillets in a bag and seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Remove salmon and discard juices. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Rub mixture on each fillet. Place fillets in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes until fish is flaky.
Serve with fresh lemon slices. Note: Slimmers -: You can use your favorite sugar substitute but the sugar really isnt that big of a problem in this recipe because it is just part of the rub. Email this Recipe:
