1 lb baby purple potatoes halved, quartered
1/2 x jumbo white onion sliced
2 tbl olive oil
1 tsp fresh basil chopped
1 x garlic clove chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in double layer of foil, wrap tight. Grill for 30 minutes.
