Instructions: Cut the ham in slices, lay flat in frying pan; pepper each, then spread each slice with 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard. Pour in vinegar in proportion of 1/2 teaspoon per slice: fry quickly on both sides. When done take out and add to gravy in pan; 1/2 glass of wine, a teaspoon sugar; boil up once and pour over meat.
